Program for rendering urgent legal assistance in Russian Federation and abroad
Law corporation «RUSSICH» offers to enter into agreements for rendering urgent legal assistance and issuing of policy-cards.
The purpose of the program is to provide Principal with urgent legal assistance in case of his detention, incarceration, indictment.
Legal assistance is rendered on the basis of territorial coverage on the territory of the RF constituent entities (Moscow, Moscow region, Kaluzhskaya region, Penzenskaya region, Ryazanskaya region etc.), on the territory of foreign countries (UK, Republic of Cyprus, Germany etc.).
Main obligations of the Corporation:
to organize twenty-four hour duty of the specialists and advocates to receive signal of client’s detention and to render legal assistance to him;
to ensure that advocate gets to the place of client’s detention in time;
to provide advocates on duty and specialists with necessary communication facilities and transport vehicles;
to ensure the appropriate professional qualification of specialists on duty and advocates;
to coordinate the work of Corporation specialists and advocates on duty;
to ensure the safety of specialists and advocates.
